It is devoured Egyptian scattered in Upper and Lower Egypt with different additions

Used consists of flour, salt and water.

How to Setup:

_ Hadeg placed on the heating with steam to add a little warm milk and margarine

_ Sweet it can be made with a pinch of cinnamon, sugar and a few raisins and butter
